It’s The Final Countdown…..

The punch list is in and the pages are all color coded. The JTC Crew is working hard to check all the little things off the list. The walk through’s are becoming a morning and afternoon routine and the cleaning girl has been working hard after hours, chipping away at this year long drywall coated, saw dusted covered, mess of a job site. Appliances are in and we may or may not have played a little with the beautiful stove and the wifi enabled fridge. The homeowners will be back in town on Saturday and we are extremely excited for the big reveal. Anyone have a semi we could borrow to hide them behind? Ya know, for total shock value?
